The ease of use of this system was one of our main selling points. It's almost too easy to get up and running! I like that it has a lot of options for customization so we're able to tailor it exactly how we want. We also love that they have integrations with other systems such as Salesforce, Slack, and Zapier which makes things even easier. So far there isn't anything in particular that we dislike about the software or their support team. They are always willing to help us out when we need them most - whether that be through email or live chat. Their customer success managers (CSMs) really know what they're doing and take care of any issues we might run into before we do! There aren't many companies who offer full managed services but don't charge extra fees for those features. This allows me to focus my time on growing my business rather than worrying about keeping track of everything myself.
