I like how easy it was to use this system in our office environment for both technical support staff as well as management team members of my organization. The customer interface could be improved by having better navigation tools such as drop down menus or links that lead directly from one feature/page to another so users don't have go back multiple times between pages when trying something new (such has adding devices). The ease of use of this system was one of our main selling points. It's almost too easy to get up and running! I like that it has a lot of options for customization so we're able to tailor it exactly how we want. We also love that they have integrations with other systems such as Salesforce, Slack, and Zapier which makes things even easier.
