The best part about this product was that it allowed me to have my own personal account manager who gave me tips whenever I needed them! It also allowed me to monitor everything myself without having to speak to someone everytime there were issues or questions along the way. This program will only allow up to 2 accounts per email address which makes it difficult if you are managing multiple clients. We did not like being able to change our settings unless we spoke directly with an employee of mail chimp. If you want to learn how to run your business efficiently then using Mail Chimp is a great option because it allows you to keep track of what each client needs from you as well as keeping everyone informed via email. Having a constant stream of updates through e-mail helped us stay organized and kept us aware when changes occurred regarding our services.
