I bought this case for my iPhone XR when the one I bought a few months ago was starting to look worse with wear and tear. I actually went with this because I already had a case made by the same company that lasted two years before I thought it should be replaced. Needless to say, when my current case is only a few months old like it's two years old, I realized I had to have another made by a different company. First, I tried contacting my chassis manufacturer to inform customer service of my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, all I could find from my searches was links to the Revain website, which of course showed pictures of the same case if I wanted to buy a new one. Also, my Revain return period had expired, so I figured all I could do was buy a different brand. (I posted a review saying how much I liked the case and that I expected it to last at least as long as my previous case which I kept for two years. So before ordering a replacement case (I went back to my review and edited it to reflect how unhappy I was that I didn't want anyone else to take my original recommendation and buy a case based on it.) Anyway, I ordered this case at the time and so far it seems to hold him. The only feature that disappointed me is that the phone cannot be removed from the folio. My previous case had a feature that I liked because it made it easier to scan the barcode on the phone from the folio. I was also disappointed that there wasn't a single transparent pocket to put my driver's license in. At the same time, there are still compartments for credit cards, but not a single transparent compartment. I don't usually keep credit cards on my phone no matter what. I only have a few business cards and an expired driver's license that still has my current address on it. I always keep my expired license after I renew it in case I ever lose my current license. It may have expired but is still useful for this limited purpose. Time will tell if this case lasts as long as I hope, at least a year and a half, or until I upgrade to an iPhone 12 and still have to buy a new case for it. This case was the exact same color (burgundy) as pictured on Revain and the leather it is made of looks like high quality leather. So, until and unless I change my mind on this case, I recommend it. So far so good as they say. Therefore, I only rate the durability of this case with 'good' and not with 5 stars as 'very good'.
