The best thing about this service is that it has been providing excellent customer support since its inception in 2000! It's really hard to find another web host who offers such great value for money at all time of year - I have never had any problems with their services or downtime during peak times like Christmas etc which other companies do sometimes suffer from but not DBD as they are always there when you need them!! Other features include fast response & friendly staff so far no complaints here too. Highly recommended if your looking into cloud hosting solutions then look nowhere else than databasebydesign.
