UPDATE: I had to return within 30 days but it was very easy. It's still a great keyboard. The problem was that the cursor didn't show up when my daughter was working on Google Docs that she has to use at school. Things were highlighted when you pointed to them, but the lack of a cursor to control them became unwieldy. This hasn't been an issue in Microsoft Office programs, online search, or anywhere else I've tried, only in Google Docs. It's a shame because everything else was perfect. INITIAL CHECK: My daughter's Surface Pro 4 keyboard died suddenly and a visit to Microsoft revealed it was a hardware issue connecting to her computer. So everything is fine with the computer, but the Microsoft keyboards that came with it no longer work. Pooh! A tech pointed this keyboard out to me on Amazon's website and said people were lucky to have it. So after much research I ordered it. Setup was easy and it looks and works almost exactly like a Microsoft keyboard. Pooh! I have a feeling this touchpad actually works better. It's only been a week so I'll let you know if anything changes. But great so far!
