Used this to flatten 16" diameter round end grains and went straight in and ordered a second before the price increase. Perfectly balanced and very sharp edges without chipping. Of course, the big unknown is durability. You always take a risk with these unknown Chinese bits, but this one is definitely worth $10 when other unknowns sell for $15-20.
