Installed incorrectly and ended up with damaged twin shocks

I had to drill through the frame to keep it from rocking. It was also rubbing on my twin shocks when riding/riding, and I didn't notice it until I saw a cut on my shocks. I'll post photos later. I understand that "you get what you pay for", but I wouldn't buy this if I knew it didn't have enough room for dual shocks.
