achieving the perfect bake

Until now, Id used rolled parchment, thinking product could be saved by cutting to the needed size. Precut half-sheet papers are so much more convenient and don't curl. The heavier weight paper is also quite an improvement and provides a more satisfactory bake, products are easily removed, and can be used more than once. This in my "go to" parchment for all needs.

Baking , this is second time I used this paper and it is the best I have used so far

May stick to certain types of food
