Ratchet set unacceptable thread wrong

Ratchet set looks dirty and nice but like I said one of the ratchets was attempted to be threaded but it was thread backwards and it is now locked in and the only way I can see to get it out is to cut the strap which is no good I was on vacation for the month of July and partially in the hospital 2 and it just stinks
