BAD Support

FIX: I reconfigured the replacement board and received a replacement with the same issue. I contacted Creality who did not help me troubleshoot. I sent the second one back as it also didn't have an E-Axis output. I bought a third board direct from Creality that didn't flash Cura or Creality Slicer. After almost a month without Creality's help, I managed to flash it with the Prusa Slicer, and guess what? No exit from the e-axis! I diagnosed this using the method outlined on Creality's YouTube channel, but was never able to get any help from Creality. Finally, when I asked to return it for a replacement or refund, they responded with the missing information I needed. E AXIS OUTPUT ZERO UNTIL EXTRUDER REACHES 185 C. Obviously something new, my old mainboard ran with no preheat and no mention. See the Creality troubleshooting video for more information. Months and months of wasted time and effort could have been averted with a simple response to my initial request for help. I'm frustrated but glad to have a working printer again!—————Old content————First of all, this part was obviously used, one of the wire clamps was unscrewed enough that the clamp came loose and needs to be reconnected must before installation. Pete did and installed it though, only to find that the extruder output (E0) is missing! I was actually going to give only 1 star but I don't think it's the seller's fault so 3 stars seems reasonable. .
