I like that it's easy for my clients, as well as myself, because this platform allows us all access at any time from our phone or computer! It also has an option where you can upload photos of your products/services so customers have something tangible they are looking forward too seeing in person when visiting their local store / office etc., which helps with sales!! There could be more options within BB such as scheduling appointments through text messaging (which would help if we're traveling), being able to send out reminders about events via email instead having them call me directly - these things may seem small but really add up once implemented across many employees who travel frequently throughout different states each week. The benefits far outweigh those little inconveniences though; just make sure everyone knows how important communication between offices can sometimes get lost along with some people not always checking emails often enough.
