Not for everyone! Only buy one for first time,
This light doesn't help everyone! Don't waste money buying 3 if you've never used one before. The light isn't very bright and has a blue tone which is fine if you don't prefer bright light. For my husband, he actually feels worse. He feels better with brighter light.
- Using these light bulbs in the room for a person that has light depression issues
- They may cause eye strain or fatigue after prolonged use
