These LED Lights are everything they are said to be. They are bright, and the light is crystal clear. Installation/Bypass of the old florescent ballasts is very simple. I am down to 15 minutes per 4 bulb fixture to retrofit the old lamp housings. I am slowly converting my office to LED lighting and these have made it incredibly simple.

I purchased these led bulbs as a trial for replacement of my florescent bulbs in my workshop. The ballasts in the current t12 fixtures are not compatible with these new led bulbs. After studying the instructions for ballast bypass I was still a bit confused about the process. I viewed a couple of how to videos on the web and decided to tackle the job. These lights are excellent! Very easy to install. Just cut the ballist out and wire directly tothe AC lines coming in. Our office now is bright and inviting. SO glad we got them. Just ordered my second batch. Have one more to order after this to complete the whole office.

I'm impressed. These are bright! Installation was easy if you have some basic understanding of wiring. I used push on connectors instead of twist on wire nuts, much easier and faster. Probably 5-8 minutes per fixture.I started with 24 of the 5000k to test and I hope to replace the other 400 bulbs in my facility as well. I retro fitted 12 fixtures (24 LED strips) with this product. These bulbs are really well built and look great No problems at all. I would highly recomend this product.

Reworking out incandescent tube lighting to these light weight LED tubes took us only a Saturday afternoon. We struggled with the incandescent tubes burning out and just never having enough light. Now we have plenty. Hope they last as long as stated - we'll see.

Excellent product! We've changed over all of our office lighting from fluorescent to LED and these replacement lamps made it very easy to make the conversion. Works as advertised. Just remove the old T8 bulbs and replace them with these. Produces a very bright and pleasing light.

Easy to install if you've got electrical experience. Requires rewiring the fixture but they work great and save a ton of energy. Two will put out as much light as 4 old fluorescent tubes. We've put them throughout our church and they're holding up really well.

Great instructions for installation. I was really worried about trying to put these in myself, I have 0 electrical experience. The instructions were super simple to follow and once I opened up my old tube light set up it all became very clear. If you are on the fence because of installing them buy them! It's a clear lense.like Incandescent bulb you will see the tiny lights through clear shell.if you want frost like regular to bulbs order the frost lights.places with low ceilings it can be bright to look at these.frost will work better with low ceilings .

I have put about 100 of these in my office over the past couple years of transition to LED. Look is great. Oldest is 2 years and none has failed with 8+ hours use per day. I am disappointed in the recent damaged products I have received. Not sure if packaging / amazon / shipping.
