I've done thousandsof reviews, from Google maps, to Lowe's home improvement and on and on. In fact Lowes sent me new product to test for them and give them a review on. So I know what I'm doing and saying when I tell you, I wish more companies would take a lesson from CYEELIFE. With this kit of darts was everything they said was there but there were a couple things that were there that wasn't as advertised. Service being the main one. Not only do you get a great dart, the weight and feel are perfect, but also one hundred tips, that to me are five star quality. After inserting the flights, and tips, and tightening everything down using the tool, which is also in the kit, ( PSST.USE THE TOOL), I THREW EXACTLY 72 DARTS. I had three bounce outs, which weren't really bounce outs because I hit the webbing all three times, which makes a very distinct sound on my board. But even if you do count those as bounce outs, it's a phenomenal 1/24 failure rate. Now if you're board isn't the same as mine and those tips don't work well, guess what. They send a test kit of two other sized tips for you to try. Once you figure out which ones are the right ones for you, you call CYEELIFE, their# is on the card in the kit, which explains how the process works, but I'm telling you, so you don't need to read, they then send it immediately, the correct size for your board. Folks, to me that is grade A customer service. They tell you you may have a problem, but they're ahead of the game by telling you how to solve it and sending what you need right away.
