I bought a Kenuco 19" Steel Vertical Rack (Black-4U) for a loft project. I used several CAT6 IP cameras for PoE, Uplink and WAP. maybe, but how much Are you actually going to put weight on it?Knowing my rig would only handle 10 pounds (or less) I just bolted it onto a stud I didn't bother with the pre-cut keyhole slots, just drilled two small holes and attached the post with a couple of screws. Although it was a bit of an overkill (for seven ports), I installed the 1U patch panel in position "2". That gives me enough room in case I want to run more cables in the future. I have placed the PoE switch in position 1. While this can be done for ease of manufacture, I actually prefer to have square holes for the cage nuts rather than threaded holes directly into the side rails to. Sure it doesn't use thick steel, but I don't think you can really expect much more for $31. And for the price, I think the Kenuco is a good buy. recommended
