Disappointed

I bought this because my original finally played out and was happy to get it and charge 2 controllers at the same time so me and my friend can play together but since I have it it charges only 1 controller at a time when using both sides, but only one controller will charge unless you take the time to remove the charged one and insert another a few hours before you start playing.
