Review on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 20QES8X600 I5 8265U by Larry Cothran

Computer did not work without packaging. No connection to the Internet is established. Hours spent trying. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! Do not buy from this seller! I have posted this review three times. Meanwhile, the seller asked me to remove a negative feedback after I contacted Revain about being charged a $132 restocking fee. The seller said it was the cardboard case on top of the laptop. Serious. Before purchasing this laptop, I checked the seller ratings to decide which one to buy. I think other people do too and reviews should reflect actual product and purchase experience. In my experience the laptop didn't work, it didn't connect to the internet. I had two other open laptops connected to the internet. I downloaded and watched the Lenovo setup video. I fixed bugs. I contacted my ISP to make sure I have the correct password. No connection is established. I was delighted with this laptop. It was a big effort for me. And the last thing I wanted to do was walk into a crowded UPS store in the middle of a pandemic.
