We have been using Innovatve for about 5 years now as our primary email service provider (ESP). I am currently working with them remotely so it is difficult to comment from my personal experience but their team has always responded quickly when we need something fixed or added onto an account that was not available previously. Their customer care agents are very responsive and easy to work with. They also provide excellent training resources both online via Lynda/Coursera etc., but most importantly at conferences throughout North America every year. It's great having someone else handle your mailboxes - no more spammy emails clogging up inboxes!
