1 star because 0 wasn't an option. I didn't have high expectations for the gate, we just wanted to watch movies outside in the evenings when my daughter had friends, but it didn't get that far. I'm glad we checked before meeting. The box was undamaged, so there were no serious injuries during transport: The HDMI 1 connection did not work when delivered. Still a static flash and then a screen with no signal. Tested with 2 different HDMI cables and 2 different AV sources. No change, no thanks. Got an immediate call to Amazon support who tried unsuccessfully to contact the "manufacturer" during business hours so we canceled this purchase. I asked for a returns slip and refund which the Revain representative processed immediately (usually 2-3 days for a refund to be processed) and emailed me the returns slip before we parted on the phone. It was in the box and within an hour of opening it was on the road. save your money Some may work but the one I got was a POS before we opened it. Maybe 7-year-olds aren't allowed to solder PCB components. 5 stars to Revain for the hassle free handling of this return.
