I bought the camera because of its adjustable angle, it was good because it works with my car (2013 Ford Escape ) is inclined towards its max. The downside of adjustability is that it takes extra time to make sure you're in the right position. Not only do you set the angle, but once you loosen the locking screw, the camera can be rotated 360 degrees within the base, and there's no indicator or reference mark on the camera to tell if it's rotated correctly. The set screw is on the back (if mounted on an edge) so adjustment is tricky unless you can remove the part it is mounted to. Due to the way the locking screw is tightened, the camera sometimes rotates in the same direction.
