It doesn't foam like I thought. When you pump it out of the bottle, the product has the same consistency as regular non-lathering hand soap. It's not my favorite scent, but it smells very "clean". It's a very gentle facial soap, but I don't think it's harsh enough to be a makeup remover as advertised. I usually find foundation residue and blush after foundation unless I use makeup remover first. If you are looking for a basic cleaner then this is it! But if you're looking for a foaming makeup remover cleanser, this isn't it.
