Buy these - they are amazing! I had a lot of tearing and stitching after delivering my son, and I was SO happy I brought these to the hospital with me! I ended up ordering a second box because I found them to be so helpful. I will definitely recommend these in combination with the brand’s disposable underwear to all my pregnant mama friends!I’m giving 4 stars only because I found it very difficult to activate the cooling function through the directions given on the packaging (they say to fold it until you hear a popping noise — which I struggled to do and often had to get my husband to open them for me). Also, beware when you’re pulling your underwear down while wearing these. They are heavy and sometimes will flop out onto the floor.
