This is ridiculously fun! These can be quite costly to rent so I was surprised at what each go for. They are not cheap but renting them seems to be way more expensive where I live. This is a great time for the big kids (provided they are tall enough because this one fits older/taller individuals and is for someone over 8, per instructions).The first thing that stood out to me about this is the weight. One of these feels like it must be 15 pounds or so.maybe more. I have to estimate without access to a scale at the moment (still rebuilding from the hurricane late last year). Nonetheless, playing with this was a very fun escape from recent stress. As I would expect, since it is for adults as well, it feels like the plastic can take a good bit of weight and abuse.which is good because it is not easy to control; part of the fun(funny).Something cool that I noticed is that a patch kit is included but we have avoided concrete, as they indicate, and have gotten lucky concerning avoiding sharp sticks, etc. A good tip is to make sure to do a walk around the area you plan to play in before rolling around, just to be safe. Just to be clear, it is actually a nice patch kit and not one with messy glue (the glue is already on it).The instructions recommend an 800 watt electronic air pump but we just used something from a local dept store to fill up. I have read that you can use a leaf blower but I HIGHLY recommend you get a pump or something of the sort because I cannot even fathom trying to blow this up in any other form or fashion.I was a little worried about the tight space at first but it actually isn't too bad. I think the fact it is fun and a bit exciting helps override that for me.It is fun to bounce around the yard in this and it seems the only drawback is that I have a family of 5 and we all want to use it at the same time. These are so fun, funny and a good workout. After we used it the first time, my midsection was sore the next day and I believe it was mostly due to laughing.
