Review on Kitory Utility Knife, 5 Inch Fine-Edge Kitchen Knife, Sharp German High Carbon Stainless Steel, Full Tang Pakkawood Handle With Gift Box - Metadrop Series by Andre Parsons

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Sharp knife, not super comfy

So this is a great knife first of all for beginners in the kitchen like myself, is super sharp but it just feels small and a bit cheap in the hand; it’s like another I reviewed and the similarity is near the base of the blade where the handle starts, it’s missing cohesion with the blade to handle .If you look closely at the picture you can see at the base of the blade going onto the handle there is a thin mom sharpened piece of metal the your finger lies against; other knives put a nice curved piece of metal here to help shape the handle

Pros
  • The slim blade profile allows for easy maneuvering and precise cuts
Cons
  • The blade can develop deformities with prolonged use
