This vacuum is disappointing. I expected it to have more suction and be more durable. I think there isn't enough suction because there are two HEPA filters, but if it doesn't suck everything, then what's the point of using HEPA filters? The carpet height adjustment on the carpet nozzle is about to break and a right click is all it takes to move it. The cable and hose are short, the hose is very stiff. I should have saved my money and just gotten a different Kenmore and just changed it more often.
