Disappointed

It may have been a great brush but I am very disappointed with the packaging. The package in which he was thrown for transport bent the bristles in different directions. And when I took it out of the bag, as you can see in the pictures, the bristles are of different lengths. Very soft, the handle is not thin in the hand. But now it's completely useless for everything I bought it for.
