Review on Prepac Twin Cubbie Bench, White by Francis Vasquez

I've put together a lot of furniture, and the directions of this bench were poor. The directions illustrate assembly upside down without any indication of light verses dark paneling. After spending this much money and amount of time in assembly, I want a final product to look clean and blemish free. The unclear directions and frustrating assembly left pieces damaged. What would make me a happy customer would be an apology, more explanation especially in steps 2A and 2B, and a new piece that I can put together for my family that looks like it is advertised.
