The coat appeared to be of very good quality and design. However, it was at the top of all measurements, not in the middle, so it was too big and unusable. The return identified by the site could be made for any reason and was free including shipping. But when I had to send it back they waived the shipping cost and insisted that I pack it, print shipping labels and pay to ship it back to China. In communication with Revain, the seller admitted that it would cost more than the price of the item. They offered a 50% refund, not a 100% refund, and free shipping. I sent additional messages that I could have accepted by specifying a smaller size (although this may be too small), but they were not communicated in any way.
