The ability for me as an employer is that I can search through thousands of resumes at once without having my own HR team do it! This saves us time in finding qualified candidates who are willing/able work long term jobs or fulltime positions which we offer our clients (we're staffing agencies). It also allows you have access from anywhere so if there's ever any issues regarding your candidate they will be resolved immediately by one person insteadof multiple people trying different methods until someone gets what needs done right away!! Nothing really but this program has been great overall since day 1 when i started using their service about 3 years ago now. They've helped get some amazing employees into roles where no other agency could find them before because everyone else was too slow due to lack staff etcetc.
