Wrote a review and the screen has changed. I don't think it was my computer. I will write a review again. According to Revain, a refurbished Greenbox ink replacement product was in my HP Envy #7855. I always have spare ink to replace ink when needed, which is why I have not sent this message until now. When I tried to change the ink, my printer didn't recognize the Greenbox product and didn't work. I feel like I have been scammed by your company. I paid over $50 and now I have no choice to return it? Why? Please reply to this message.
