Easy installation and quality

My old flood lights croaked after 20 years. I think, rain water seeped into it and died. So, I wanted to make sure my next one was going to be waterproof. This one is. The installation took about 15 minutes. Even tough it comes with a seal/gasket to make it waterproof, I've added some additional caulking around the sealed area just to be sure. The LED lights are very bright and the motion detector works just fine.
