It's my turn to bring "snacks" to the meeting. So I made a 3 tier display case with these lower tier cups filled with a scoop of Caesar sauce, then romaine lettuce and 2 garlic croutons. Tier 2 was Kings Hawaiian Rolls with ham/swiss and turkey/swiss cut in half for "tea sandwiches". The top layer was fruit. But what a great idea for this purchase to use a small handmade salad that is prepared ahead of time and covered for transport and serving neat!
