The sizes are not suitable for children in the USA.
We bought the largest size they recommended for our son. Our son is by no means ugly, but he was too small for his age. You seem to be comparing the sizes to kids in Asia and I think the kids there are mostly much smaller than the kids in the US. Be weary with your purchase, I would go up 1 or 2 sizes if that's what you really want. We ended up sending it back as it was too small.
