Review on πŸ₯„ KitchenArt Professional Series Tablespoon: Adjustable Champagne Satin Measuring Spoon from 1/2 tsp to 1 inch by Bobby Diaz

Qualified 5 stars

I'm giving this five stars despite many complaints about delamination because this measuring cup is excellent for my (very specific) purposes. See, I need to keep track of my cat's calorie and fluid intake, and I need to be as accurate as possible. I can't imagine a measuring cup making this process easier than this one. First, not all measuring cups show all eight ounces; for example, on some, the bottom line is the 1/4 cup line. I need more precision than that. The measurement lines on this mug are accurate and easy to read, and since the bottom is not rounded, it's easy to judge measurements when they fall between the markings. I can get that down to 1/4 tablespoon and I'm sure my readings are very, very close. I've been using this mug for a few months now and the seal at the bottom was totally airtight which I wish. initially worried. But unlike many people, this measuring cup is designed for a purpose. I only use it for water which means I don't have to wash it as often as most people probably do. In fact, it doesn't even get wet very often outside. I believe the people pointing out the lack of durability of the gauge lines are telling the truth, meaning that the cup's main benefit of offering such excellent accuracy will not last long beyond my purpose. The lines and numbers on my own mug are still fully intact, but if I were to use them for more universal measurements I feel I would give a very different review.
