I really like the product itself. However, the packaging should be better than it was. Put something in the small product box, not just the packaging box. I ordered three of these and as you can see in the picture one is broken. I bought these for my three chinchillas to stuff with hay. They work better than hay racks and keep the cage clean. I was only going to return the broken one as a replacement but was told it was sold as a set so I would have to return all three for a refund. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to replace the broken last item they had in stock. So I decided to take a loss on the one that broke. My first release with Revain so will most likely buy again as my program grows.
