Good quality sling for the price. I bought one from Walgreen's for my dad but I think it was more expensive. Plus, you never know what Walgreens actually has in stock, so shop here. You never know when you'll need a sling haha. The biggest advantage for me is the buckle at the front. The last thing you really want to do with a dislocated shoulder is put the garment on or take it off. So if it's already adjusted and tightened, it's easy. It's also quite long. I'm 5'11" and always have short sleeves, but I can even put my arm in this sling. Note that my hand is quite skinny. My dad is 6ft 2" and seems comfortable with this sling too to feel very good.
