I was very happy with the system I bought and it was my first time installing new filters. Please note: The FA15 alkaline filter was different from the one in the kit. with my original purchase. The original had a sealed connection around the elbow ports, and the new one had an elbow that had to be inserted by hand, which wasn't necessarily a big deal, though. One of the seals failed and I had a leak on the filter side. However, Ispring customer service is very good and sent me a replacement filter so don't worry in the end. The kit does not provide clear instructions on how to install the new filters and how to properly flush the system. I had to go back to the original instructions. This is the biggest area of improvement for Ispring. My attached photos show five months of use for two people. In addition to regular drinking, we also used the system to boil water and wash vegetables. You'll really feel the difference once the filters start to fill. Overall I remain happy with the product and thank Ispring's customer support team for supporting my product and getting back to me in a timely manner.
