Someone gave me a Shark steam cleaner many years ago when I was living up north. It worked great for a few years and then broke after falling too many times. Then I moved back to Florida and bought a house last summer. I was lucky as the previous owner put marble floors throughout. Being the person I am, I have researched to find the best way to clean marble floors. The process involved several buckets, boiled water, two mops, dry towels, etc. Needless to say, only one bedroom was meticulously cleaned. So I wear indoor shoes and have time to sweep and vacuum, but I don't have the strength to clean the floors properly. I couldn't take it anymore and went in search of the best steam cleaner of 2019. I found this one at a great price and although there were a few other competitors I chose the Shark because I remembered how much I loved the previous one. one. This one is even better! I like that I can remove the plastic container and refill it. I only used distilled water. I have enough cables for several rooms. The primary cleaning resulted in dirty pads. So happy I bought 6 extra packs. The pads are securely attached to the mop with Velcro. I have no complaints. It made the job I had dreaded doing for a year easy. I have already mopped my entire house (kitchen, great room, hallway, 2 bedrooms and bathroom). I'm doing the second round today. The floors are now so nice to go barefoot! I am so happy and satisfied with this purchase.
