Works fine, but the conversion doesn't support the resolution my app needs. The VGA display's native resolution is 1440 x 900, but it turns out that's not one of the supported resolutions. There was also a conversion artifact that resulted in a noticeable gray bar (on bright images) slowly moving vertically across the display. So basically works depending on your application and how picky you are about the resulting image quality.
