Review on eStruxture by Josh Chenier

eStruxtures Managed Colocation Services are great for customers without in-house space needs or flexibility, who want to outsource their storage requirements but aren't willing (or able) to manage an entire datacenter themselves. The cost is very reasonable if the provider provides excellent customer service and support. There's no better way to save money than by using this type of outsourcing model! They don't have 24/7 operations personnel at all times - however, they do communicate often with customers via phone / chat & email as well during business hours. I would say that communication between eStruxture and myself has been good from start to finish regarding both my initial call inquiry to them about what products best fit our particular need, then my recent order with new servers and equipment (for redundancy). I like the easy to use interface and the fact that it keeps things very organised. No complaints really, but maybe a small detail in terms of reporting could be improved. We were looking at different options for colo space and this came recommended by our datacentre provider. It has been a very smooth process so far, with their team able to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend! The price was also very competitive compared to other providers.
