I like that you can upload documents without having to send them via email or other means, it allows us to receive documents from clients very quickly! Sometimes when we do get files through this method there are errors with some attachments such as Excel spreadsheets.
We would also prefer if they were not required but could be uploaded separately later on in case needed at time of receipt. It has helped reduce turnaround times for our clients which makes sense since we work with high volume companies who require fast service. This helps ensure client satisfaction while reducing risk of late submissions.
