Great value collars, harnesses and leashes
It's not up to 11 inches long as advertised, when adjusted it's about 10 1/4 inches when running. It fits my cat fully undressed - he is large and muscular, about 12 pounds. If your cat is bigger, it won't fit. I don't know why there are ears on the clasp, they are very sharp and poked my cat when it moved. I cut them off with pliers. The orange looks more like an orange "construction vest" than the fall orange shown in the photo. Overall it's good for the price but if I had paid more for it I would have returned.
