I like that it's very easy for me as an employee, or even customer if you want too! It is simple yet effective in keeping track of all my orders/invoices etc with ease!! The only thing would be more detailed information about each invoice so i can see what exactly was ordered by who at which time from when they were received till how much money we've made since then but other than this there isn't anything bad really :) Great product overall. As stated above its great because everything gets logged into one place meaning less paperwork & easier accessability via mobile devices such us phones tablets laptops ect..
