The size is spot on - my new review
I bought these shoes to play the organ. They are perfectly adequate for that. The upper is said to be leather. I'm not sure, but it doesn't matter as usage is limited. The outsole is said to be suede again, not sure if it's real, but it's soft and has good grip for organ pedals. The size was perfect.

Pros
- I order a size 9 as they don't have a "wide" size and I usually wear an 8.5. It's almost right.
Cons
- Shoes can have a strong chemical odor, making them uncomfortable to wear.
