Defective x 2

I ordered this machine after evaluating the idea of a larger frame area and the price, the first machine was defective and sounded like something was hanging inside and the hand couldn't get out right moved left, called amazon and they sent a replacement, the replacement still didn't work properly, there were 3 screws at the bottom of the box as soon as i took it out and after trying to stitch the design the stitching worked still not left to right! I called Amazon again and returned both units and am currently awaiting a refund! Very upset because I really wanted to live on this machine! 😕

I really like this machine. Little bit of a learning curve, but that isn't a problem for me.
