Looks good, time will tell.

Looks very nice and strong, let's see how it holds up. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I will be using it as a starter skin for my Ooni pizza oven and I wouldn't say the top is too slick. I had to sand it down with fine 220 grit sandpaper and apply some cutting board oil to it - there's less chance of the dough sticking now as it's pretty smooth at this point. . Did a VERY light rinse with warm water and the grain of the wood lifted and the skin was no longer smooth. Do I literally have to sand the thing after every wash? If you're just buying it to put cheese and crackers on it's fine, but as a pizza skin it needs to be very smooth and I can tell it's going to be a constant struggle to keep it that way. Wouldn't recommend starting a pizza crust and downgrading my 4 star rating to two.
