The 14" Sliding Scoop is great for putting pizza on and off the hot pizza stone. I could fit a 15" pizza on it (with a little overhang around the edges). I build the pizza on parchment paper and then place it on the tray. Then the pizza can be easily placed directly on the pizza stone with the pizza peel together with the baking paper. The leather also looks very nice.

This product is well made, comes in a nice gift box and has an extra surprise gift. Knife for cutting bread. I'm new to making pizza with a shell and cooking stones, so I didn't give the product 5 stars for the use category (my pizza dough still stuck to the shell even with flour and cornmeal sprinkled on it), but it could be one learning knickers for me. But all other aspects were good and as advertised.

I've recently started making pizza in my backyard pizza oven and was looking for a wooden shovel to use to shape pizza on the pizza stone. This scrub has been good so far! We dust the pizza skins with cornmeal or flour, place the stretched dough on top of the sprinkles and shape the pizza to our liking. Looks very nice and strong, let's see how it holds up. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I will be using it as a starter skin for my Ooni pizza oven and I wouldn't say the top is too slick. I had to sand it down with fine 220 grit sandpaper and apply some cutting board oil to it - there's less chance of the dough sticking now as it's pretty smooth at this point. .
