I don't know why people are posting here about the vacuum cleaner itself. I have a problem with the brush. I have long hair that falls out A LOT. When I vacuum, I expect the hair to be sucked into the container and emptied easily. This brush does not allow that. It grabs all the hair and wraps it around the entire brush, requiring frequent removal and cleaning of the brush! Also, the ends of this brush (where it spins) collect dirt and dust inside, so it doesn't spin as efficiently and causes problems with the rubber belt. I've had a vacuum for 7 years now, just wish there were other brush options for this.
