people! This is a telephone and it must have a handset/receiver that reaches to the ear. It has a tiny lanyard that when you pick up the phone it also picks up the phone because the code is too short. Instead, they created code to pull the phone on wheels, which is ridiculous. You make phone calls and don't pull. I mean it's ok to have a train function but why limit the fun part of a phone call by outrageously shortening that part of the toy. I hate this toy for this reason and even bought 2 and my kids fight with them. They like to talk about them instead of pulling them, so the cord is too short.
